Chicken Show Cookeville, TN Oct. 2nd

My hamburgs and our sebrights did ok in the show...............I sold a few pair of hamburgs and a few pair of sebrights so not to bad of a trip.

Maybe next weekend in Brownsville we will do well also.
 
Not a lot of people there but a whole lot of great birds. I know Jack did real well, this is two of his white hens.

Early bird catches the worm.
Could of got more but I need more things then chickens and worms. There will always be more next time.

OMG I'm kicking myself! I didn't even go in there thinking they were using it for storage or something!! Please, tell me there were no Delawares, NHs, or BRs
 
Usually the large chickens are shown in the barn across from the barn the bantams are in. It is in the juvenile show is in the back of the barn, but right their in front is the standard birds. As for any for sale. You don't see that many. I think I was the only their this time that had any standard birds for sale, and I sold them before I even got everything out of the truck

Yeah we went in there but only saw maybe 10 to12 large breeds including a extra nice light brahma (largest hen I've ever seen). Not many LF for sale. We only stayed about 15 mins. was mainly interested in large breeds.

I didn't see any. It was really nice meeting thanks again for the cochins I really liked them. Do you fine anything at the show ?
