Chicken sick: lathargic, yellow poo-- 4 days now

My buff Orpington is also sick. She is 6 months old. Has been lethargic for 4 days now. Cannot feel an egg stuck but she has not laid since Saturday. Has runny yellow chalky poop. Have her sitting on a heating pad on low. Giving her water with a few drops of apple cider vinegar. Any help really appreciated. She has just been sitting around and barely standing for 4 days.

Can you post some photos of her poop?

How long have you had her?
What do you feed?

Check her crop to make sure it's empty in the morning before she eats/drinks, look her over for lice/mites, feel the abdomen for any bloat or feeling of fluid. Getting a fecal float performed is always a good idea too.

I'm sorry she is not feeling well. I would try to keep her hydrated, offer poultry vitamins if you have them. Once she is drinking, then see if she will eat for you.

A fecal float is a test the vet performs on a stool sample, this checks for worms and coccidia.
