Chicken spit up water?

So, I was getting eggs out of the nesting box today, and my little helper jumped in to see what I was doing, and just spit up what appeared to be water. They were out free ranging, and just came in, and they always eat and drink when back in, so do you think she just spit up her recently drank water? I'm very confused. Any help is appreciated!!

I've seen them do that, sometimes it's nothing, sometimes they are sick, if it's acting normally than I wouldn't worry, sometimes I think they just drink too much.
