Chicken Stock/ Craft Stock for Nov. 8th Tractor Supply Milford NH

I have a business license. Since I've only been selling online and in NH, I haven't sold anything in my state yet, so I don't think I have the IRS breathing down my throat yet.
Of course, you need to make money first LOL
My expenses FAR outpace my revenue.

Ditto on my revenue too....but to sell to gift shops, farm stands, grocery stores I have to be licensed.

I'm a sole proprietor and in the state of NH you do not have to report your profits until $2400 is made....and I'm there with my craft sales, farm sales, and the 2 small grocers. This step is going to OPEN up my income possibilities BIG time...IF only I can keep up with the orders. I'm going to be a soaping machine!! I make my soap once a month right now (4-40 bar batches a month) and when this website goes live I'm going to be soaping at least once a week now with 2-40 bar batches a week. That should keep my stock up. Wednesday's are going to be soaping days....so if you catch me here on BYC....YELL at me to get to work!

I just got a 50 bar ORDER 5 minutes ago...with customized labels...for the educational farm I sell to.

I'm trying NOT to get overwhelmed.

Sounds like rabbit shows are a lot more hands-on than poultry shows (at least for the owners). At the poultry shows, the judges go down the cages and take each bird out to look at them (except for the turkeys and large waterfowl... that would be tough, to say the least!) All the owners have to do is get the birds cooped in and set up, then it's just a matter of keeping them clean, fed & watered. There is a showmanship class for the Juniors, tho, where they have to show proper handling and answer questions for the judges.

Spotted Crow...you should sell your dream catchers to gift shops...I was once a person who just made soap and NEVER sold it. But I sucked it up one day and started calling around....mustered up some bravery and sold the soap. Chickenstock's help....but you have to just open the phone book and do some cold calling. YOU will get a NO from time to time....but just move on to the next one. Do not let that NO stop you. AND give that NO a second chance by offering them a free sample of your product. It may take a few times....but never give up.

There are some stores in Jackson square (one of them is the Red Obi) that sell all kinds of stuff and might be interested in the dream catchers and then there is that store in Columbian square across from the post office and next to the drycleaners that sells alot of different things.
I would check them out.
 
I saw the Red Obi when I was driving Mike's girlfriend home and there's Country Cupboard or something right on Commercial also.
I have an application in for the craft place in Pembroke, who's name escapes me, but they have a waiting list.
