Chicken Stuck Under House for 6 Days!

If you don't think she is getting enough food in I wonder if soaking the feed to make it a little oatmeal like would make it easier for her to scoop if up.
I've seen people raise the feed higher too..to make it easier to scoop it up.

Here's a picture of her beak.

Poor baby, she looks like a real sweetie. Don't feel bad about her under the house, our house is five feet off the ground, (was three feet as are most houses in New Orleans, before Katrina). We had to make a bunch of concessions to prevent hens from getting under the house when they free range in the backyard, and they still occasionally get under there. Thank the Lord I am only five feet tall and can get under there and run them out. First place we look when chicken count is off at bed time. Glad nothing got to her while she was stuck. They never seem to remember where they got in, so they can come back out. LOL

Yeah but the crazy thing is, my house is only like 2 feet off the ground and stone. She got in through a tiny 6 inch tall vent. Crazy! :) I'm glad it was there though because I'm pretty sure she was being chased by a dog and dove for the closest hiding spot and then couldn't get back out.
