Chicken Stuck Under House for 6 Days!

What a good girl to come to you, instead of making you crawl around under there to get her. Got a big picture of myself trying to do that. Had to get a cat from under a three foot high house once and it was a nightmare, lots of scratches on my arms. LOL

our house is five feet off the ground, (was three feet as are most houses in New Orleans, before Katrina).

I saw where they raised some mobile homes near the coast 8' off the ground after hurricane Sandy (I think that's the right name). Is that what they did to houses in NO?

She is! She's been my favorite and friendliest hen since I got her as a chick 6 years ago!

I think Sandy was around New York. But yes, lots of homes were raised all along the gulf coast, some 12 to 14 feet. We have 2 homes on our block that have elevators in the to get to the first floor they are so high up. LOL
