Chicken suddenly lethargic, not eating, mouth open, yellow water-poop, Please Help!

If she's egg-bound she needs immediate treatment.

I don't think use of a mister is related to her current condition (I have and use one) whereas dietary changes might be.
Thanks. I did give her a better exam, did not feel anything inside with lubed gloved finger, though she does seem a bit swollen feeling down there externally (I was afraid to squeeze too much). I gave her an epsom salt bath for 20 minutes and am keeping a close eye on her.

She does seem more active/feisty today and did eat a bit of the egg and a few fly larve. Will try to get pics and update more later.

Swelling or enlargement under the vent and belly could be a sign of salpingitis from internal laying, or water belly (ascites.) What do her droppings look like? Are there any yellow urates in the dropping?

UPDATE: Last night she finally had a fairly normal poop, and this morning and even more solid one :) (Pic is from last night). No more watery yellow. She's been eating scrambled egg and fly larve and drinking water and has more energy. Color is returning to her comb. Crop emptied overnight. Still no egg, but I'm not sure she was egg bound. Perhaps the epsom salt soak helped whatever was going on but still don't know, just happy she's improving. Going to keep her in the "chicken hospital" another day or 2 till I'm sure she is back to normal.

Thank you everyone!

The yellow urates in the dropping pictured above are a little concerning. Those can be common with reproductive issues or water belly. Normally the urates are white in the droppings.
What else should I do? She is eating/drinking and each poop looks better than the last. She doesn't have any of the other symptoms of water belly. Since she has not laid an egg in 4ish days perhaps that indicates something reproductive? (Again, I found no signs of eggbound except what seems to be slightly swollen area down there, nothing hard, did not detect anything internally but did epsom soak). Could it just be a reaction to the new food? She IS improving...

I would ‘t do anything, but just watch for any more of them. I have had several hens develop swollen bellies thought to be reproductive disorder or water belly. They lived for a couple of years, living normally, but I would notice the yellow urates sometimes getting caught below their vents.
