Chicken suddenly stopped walking and lays down on side 24/7

Hello! I’m posting this for a friend of mine, his chicken Bonnie (red sex link, 2-3 months), suddenly stopped walking. At first it was limping but now she just lays down unmoving. Sometimes she wakes up and is active but others she is very lethargic (like in the picture attached). He’s very worried, please help. I’ve included a picture of her injured leg (we think it’s injured- not too sure, its the one she wont walk on)

She may be suffering from disease like Marek's. Hard to know.

I'd see that she's eating her chick starter, keep her hydrated. You can try vitamin support by giving 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily.
If you lose her, then having some testing or necropsy through a vet or your agriculture of ministry may give you the best answers.

In one of your own threads, you were given some suggestions to help a hen that couldn't walk. The method(s) would apply to this pullet as well.
