I agree, no drama. I really wasn't there long enough to know what was going on. We weren't even supposed to go today but DH decided at the last minute to go.
Glad everyone had a good time.

just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the chicks. all but the 2 blacks are in the same brooder box. the white frizzle is playing the part of blanket for the little ones. the seabright seems to be breathing a little hard but other than that everyone looks great. One of the black chicks escaped in the grarge so I had to catch it. I think someone was trying to get me back by tempting me with 4 little chicks instead of 1(you know who you are). I really was not planning on house chickens this winter! every time I go to the feed store I tell the people this is my last bag of medicated. one way or the other I keep needing more. I stopped hatching 3 mos ago. I really do try to behave but they are all so cute. we need a chicken lovers anomonus!

I ended up with 2 blues and 2 splashes I believe out of the Silkie eggs.
I candled last night and I think the other 3 are quitters.
I am very happy as I didn't have either color yet.
