the smaller the rabbit breed the younger they tend to be ready to breed.
Larger rabbit like French , Flemish mature out around 8 months old to 1 year old.
some french will wait until they are 18 months old before they are ready to breed.
My Grand Champ french Buck was like that 14 months old and he would look at a doe and say nope theres hay here to eat , go away.
I came home to 2 hatched out bantams and 3 more hatched out now, The oldest grandson is having a ball watching them come out of their shells lol, first time he has seen a chick hatch.
