Yay,

we got our tent today. Walmart has them for 97.00. They were a little cheaper on EBAY but I like to see what I am getting on something like that. Sams Club had them for 199.00.

Thanks for the welcome! I do not have chickens yet - came here to do my homework first. A friend has 100+ Barred Rocks and after meeting them I am hooked. Just need to figure out how to make a minor change to our deed since it currently does not allow for stock to be kept.

there are lots of different kind of chickens there and lots thing you don't see like sheep in diapers on a leash

just made some blueberry jam on Friday night! i can buy the wild Maine type frozen anytime of the year and it comes out wonderfully well! i wish other berries were ready in this area this soon but they are looking good on their development of flowers so far! i have some others left over from the end of last fall's harvest and those i've been selling at $1.50 for the 4oz and $3 for the 8oz.

i have for jams: Blueberry, some Black Raspberry, Kiwi-Pineapple mix which makes a wonderful glaze on fish and chicken!
for jellies: Red Canadice Grape, Mint Jelly, Habanero Pepper-limited amount left, and Black Currant
any certain flavor you might be looking for?

my dh is working on some new tye-dye shirts/onesies using some new dye that is brighter! i'll be bringing those with me too.
