Jofrost love your Avitar. A pretty Polish pullet? I saw your Delewares is a boy but that breed of Roo is suppose to be pretty docile. You could always go back and swap it, he's pretty good that way

Thanks Julie ! Still can't tell if "Dellie" is a Roo or not ( hasn't crowed since ) and looks more like a hen ( no barred tailfeathers )

Here is a bigger picture of "Einstein" our Polish pullet from my Avitar

that is very interesting. I thought they all molted in the fall only. when most of mine molted it looked like the dog tore open a feather pillow in the back yard. you know, you panic and run around to see who got hurt till you figure out that there are many different colors of feathers on the ground and a head count tells you nobody is missing.

A lot of my girls are still molting.....Stewie Roo jumped on one of my NH Reds today and when he was finished she stood up and shook her feathers......she went POOF and feathers went flying everywhere LMAO it was so funny.

We have been busy with the two litters of pups but they are ready to go this weekend so they better hide the incubators because its gonna be very boring once the puppys go to their new homes.
