Great set up. Very smart keeping the roost low since heavy birds can get hurt jumping off a roost. Like the way you used the wire to skirt the run. It will stop diggers and fill in any spot where the ground does not meet the lower rail of the run.

Please insure the underside of the bottom rail is painted to prevent rotting out the board and the skirt staples falling out, hate to see you have to replace them after putting that much work into it.

Please be careful when moving the coop as I have heard horror stories of birds getting run over and seriously injured because they were after a bug and not the moving wall.
