With her head twitching do you think something could be in her throat or crop she is trying to clear? To be honest I am guessing but it is worth a shot til the experts come

Feel her crop see if it is hard or squishy. I just take my fingers and pry the beak apart and take a peek to see if you see anything. I had a chicken eat a piece of string once and had to fish it out her mouth. Came from the feed bag she pulled it right off and sucked it like spaghetti. You never know with chickens lessons learned they will go after anything.

What are you feeding her? How old?

Try giving her vitamin E. It can fix neurological issues. Pop the gel cap directly into her beak. Once or twice a day until this resolves. Give her egg with it for better absorption.

Can you look inside her beak for any obstruction, hair or string?

Feel of her whole body, is there anything that feels like an air bubble under the skin?
