Chicken/Turkey wormer help

Hello I am looking for a wormer for my turkey as I have only had her for a while now and I never noticed she had worms and I haven't had any luck finding a good wormer for all of most types of worms that actually works so I am asking does anyone know of a such wormer thanks in advance

Yes well I noticed it this morning as she was trying To poo and a big ball of tape worms is wiggling back inside her so she never did pass them to let me determine if that's what hey really were but I know hey weren't Cecal worms as they were long and thin like tapeworms

O well she never passed any hey were hanging out of her vent but they wiggled back in.
