If they both say albendazole 113.6 mg/ml, they are the same. Valbazen might not treat tapeworms.

I have wazine but I don't think they were round worms as if I don't know what they are for sure I don't want to give her that and then it not do anything for the kind she has and then it gets worse by the time I am able to give her the wormer for multi types of worms

They are exactly the same, so whatever one is cheaper. Keep in mind that it might not treat *poultry* tapeworms. It might treat tapes in cattle, but those are different.
