Chicken Under the Weather

Hello,
I have a hen who just turned 2. The past few months her eggs have really slowed down and are often oddly shaped. I notice her crop doesn't seem to fully empty over night. This morning her droppings were shaped normal but the part that is typically white was rather orange in color. She has seemed a bit quieter and I noticed her looking a little under the weather. She is a leg horn. Any thoughts? I am going to check fecal this week to see if I find anything in there.

Sounds suspiciously like a tumor(s) in the reproductive tract which can cause misshaped eggs and also crop slow-down.

It's just a guess given the limited clues. The only way to know is if the hen dies, to get a necropsy on her remains.
