Chicken very ill, need urgent advice

Yes I have been force feeding her pellets crushed up with water. I'll get a electrolyte pack right away. I'll also try sugar water.

We actually brought her inside where it's warm, since it's raining and cold outside. And the only place outside is their coop. Can she infect humans?

Okay so I want to make sure I'm completely understanding the situation. This is where I'm at so far:
you moved your personal coop for the hens to your neighbors property so they could easily care for them when you went on holiday. When you returned the coop was very damp as well as their food. They did not come in contact with any other live chickens.

If that's all correct then I think you're probably dealing with a respiratory infection not cocci. The runny poops are why that's been suggested, but general illness can cause that as well. Does her poop look like it has any blood in it? Also, have you checked her vent to see if there's any redness or swelling? Not laying for months is a little concerning and it's possible she got so sick so fast from the housing conditions because she was already ill, such as being egg bound or infected vent.

Considering all that then no, I do not believe she is contagious to humans, but like with anything that's sick, put her in a non-busy spot in the house and follow good hygiene. Also, throw out the damp food immediately and buy a new bag as well as fully clean and disinfect and dry out the coop.

Well if she hasn't been eating except what you force feed, that would make for some watery poops. The main thing you can do for your other hen is REALLY deep clean the coop with disinfectant. Every corner, crack, crevice. Antibiotics, electrolytes, water and bed and hopefully she gets better

She keep expelling liquid out of her mouth. At first it was just a little but currently she is resting and her head is laying low. I can see a pool of liquid on the floor near her mouth. Im not entirely sure but I think she's dying

It's very possible she is, from the sound of it she is very sick, I'm sorry you're going through this, it's always hard to lose something you care for. Best you can do is keep her comfy, do your best to administer food/water/medicine and hope for the best while preparing for the worst. And don't blame yourself, it's not your fault.

I hadn't started any proper treatment like antibiotics or electrolytes. I was going to this evening when my dad or brother came home so we could quickly buy it. I don't know if there's any point now? I feel terrible. Just sat here beside her, she won't even lift her head. Just opens her eyes briefly when I touch her. Doesn't even make her gurgling noises anymore, I don't actually think she's breathing much at all. Sometimes her head will ever so slightly twitch.
