I am curious if anyone can tell what this is and solutions if needed.
She has been Broody for a couple weeks so I hadn't seen this till now because she tends to face backwards. Not sure how long it's been there.
Any help/insight appreciated.

I could be a fowl pox lesion, or it could be a peck or other injury that has gotten infected. Is it hard or soft? Can you move it, or is it very stuck to the spot? If there is pus in there then it may need to be cleaned out (chicken pus is firm and cheese like, not liquid). That would take warm, wet compresses to soften it up, see if you can squeeze anything out. Then dab with some iodine and apply a plain triple antibiotic ointment or plain neosporin. Don't get iodine in the eye. If it's pox, then it will run it's course in a few weeks and should fall off and disappear. Also could be a small feather cyst.

If you're comfortable I would do a compress on the "wart" and then try to squeeze it, it looks like a wound got infected. Then put plain antibiotic ointment on it

Thank y'all, I didn't want to go poking around on it till I got a sense of what it might be. I will check it out further with y'alls suggestions.
