Today I saw one of my chickens hiding in the coop, they’re only a couple months old so still try to run when we try to get them from the coop. So, amongst trying to get her out she tried to get away & was limping so bad that she would fall into the splits. Other chickens were pecking at her & trampling over her. I was able to get her out & have secluded her. She can stand on her left leg but is definitely favoring her right leg. Upon further investigation the elbow of that leg looks red & swollen. I am trying to figure out if I should splint it & bandage it, or what I should do to help her heal because if I splint that area, I would have to splint her leg straight & idk that, that is good for her. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance.
Also, I felt I should add, she is still able to fly & tries to escape every time I open the lid to where I have separated her. So her energy level seems fine as of now.

This is the injured leg!

I would bandage it. Chickens can hurt their legs when jumping down from a perch. If it doesn’t get better in a week the splint would be the way to go. This is in my opinion and if you think otherwise do that. I hope she gets better!!!!

Bandage it with like a first aid wrap?

Here are a few more pictures. I do not feel like it is dislocated.
