but 4mg of thiamine is still a measurement of the thiamine. I am not sure how that translates to the dosage, which is ml.

What I am trying to point out is this product you ordered may not be near as much as vitamin b12 as what the game bird peeps use.

NO.
I was just asking if you had meant .08 or .8ml when you posted that.
Give her .25 -.3 ml....is what I would guess with the product you ordered.
(I'd really like to figure out how much B12 that would actually be in the dose though)
I am thinking it is not very much at all.

A straight B12 vitamin would probably be a better idea, imo.
