Chicken with deformed feet and tripping on wing

Hello, I am brand new here. We have five month old chickens and one of our New Hampshire Reds seems to be missing half of a toe on each foot and they seem bunched together. The children noticed her hobbling a couple of weeks ago but she was getting around okay and getting to food. Then they needed to start putting her up in the roost at night. A couple of days ago they noticed that she was getting pecked so we brought her in. I then noticed that her right wing is drooping and she was actually tripping over it.
I have that wing wrapped to her body with Vetrap, but that has thrown off her balance even more. I can't tell if it is the feet or the wing causing the most trouble.
Question #1- should I wrap both wings to her body so she is more balanced?
Question #2- is there something to help her feet?

Welcome to BYC. She may have suffered some frostbite on toe tips which could explain the missing toes and nails. The bottom picture looks questionable for frostbite, but it is too dark to see it well. The bottoms of the toes look pretty dark there. Frostbite would explain why she was limping and might not be able to jump up to the roost. If there are spills or she steps in water in freezing weather, frostbite will be a problem. She might have broken her wing, but Mareks disease can cause a drooping wing as well as problems walking. You will just need to make sure that she can get to her food. Hopefully she will get used to the wing wrap, or you can try taking it off.

Frostbite in feet
We are in Virginia so really haven't had cold enough weather for frostbite. I will look at Mareks disease. Thank you.

I have never heard of wrapping both wings at once, so I hope that others will comment on that. I just don’t know if that would be good to do, but I have to admit that I don’t know.

Could you try and get another picture of the bottoms of the feet in light? What type of bedding do you have in your coop and run? If not frostbite, it could be bumblefoot or pododermatitis if the skin is dark on bottoms of toes.
