Chicken with possible impacted crop - very weak.

Hello, my chicken has a pale comb, is extremely lethargic, has a rock hard and seemingly full crop, and is skinnier than normal I believe. My flock is currently molting, but I believe she has an impacted crop. I checked for and did not find any external parasites. I'm planning on keeping her away from food and water until the morning isolated to see if her crop goes down, but is there anything I should do in the meantime? Is it ok to give her grit to try to help?

There are a lot of articles on BYC, so somewhere is something about impacted crop. I wish I knew how to help. Hopefully this will bump up the thread?
