Chicken with skin cut open?

So recently I went to put my chickens away, and I noticed something odd about one of them. I picked it up, and it's underside it wet. I looked to see what it was, and I saw the bottom skin ripped in half, exposing the chicken breasts. Is there any way to heal this? She is not showing any ill symptoms, she just is very sensitive right now. I wish I could get a picture, but my chickens hate devices and run away.
