chicken with sores on bottom of her feet any ideas on what it could be

We have a chicken that's a couple of months old, we actually just got her about four days ago. We were looking her over when we got her home and noticed that both her feet have sores on the bottom of them. She doesn't act like it bothers her at all but I was a little worried about infection. Does anyone know what might cause sores? Also, the chance of infection? Thank you.

Possibly bumblefoot... Do a search for that and see if that is what the sores look like. Hard to say what it is without seeing a photo.

It might be bumble foot. I'm dealing with it right now. It's gross but not too bad-I've seen worse with being a mom. This stuff http://www.koiacres.com/Koi-Acres-Products/tricide-neo.html has been awesome. Been using it a few days and already seeing an improvement.
