One if my girls has a tore waddle or back of the waddle. Not sure what that part of the waddle is called. Read some of the posts recommend to cut it off. How much do I cut off? I will try and get a pic so that you can see what is going on. She is about 41/2 mis old.

Wow, thats quite interesting. I've never seen that on a hen.
I wouldn't' worry about it healing, as it looks like its healing very well. I'de be worried about catching it again since it sticks out so far. I personally wouldn't' dub it without double checking with some more experienced members first. I'll tag a few to see what they say, but leave it be for now. @Wyorp Rock @Overo Mare @Eggcessive

Thank you!!

Unless you're worried about it cosmetically, or others start pecking and pulling at it, I'd just clean it up really well and keep it coated with plain neosporin.

If you notice her scratching it too much, just snip it off. Gently grab the end, pull down away from her body, make a quick snip to cut it off. Don't get too close to her skin. Just the dangling part. Then wash and coat in ointment.

Looks like part of her earlobe.
I've never cut parts off a live chicken so, I will defer to someone like @roosterhavoc @sdm111 or @centrarchid to give their input.
