Also I have some electorates for lethargic chickens should I give her some? Or is there anything to slow down the worms while I later go out to buy the dewormer

No only deworming, but electrolytes can’t hurt

Diatomaceous Earth is simplest to least expensive.. and non-chemical.. In food.. In dust bath and spread throughout coop, run and roost.. You can even powder their behinds if you want.. won't hurt em'. Keeps down mites.. files and chiggers.

I have mixed feeling a lot of people have here have said no and some have said yes they say no because it could hur their respiratory system and they just advertise it like that

Maybe, maybe not.. Holistic. Dewormer is just faster.. and may be more efficient, but not holistic.. it still works, more of a preventative.
