Also what symptoms should I look for in her she still eats good and drinks normally I took her out a bit and she started running around with the little rooster

Mine have never bit their poop they have looked at it but never even pecked it

right now she’s by herself but we are thinking of putting her with her friends
Chickens scratch and eat off the same ground they poo on.. It case you haven't noticed. I'm not being mean.. Just informative. Smell the coffee, it's Folgers.

DE does do something. It lightens your wallet or purse. A waste of time and money.
DE is cheap at 50LBS.. price has doubled recently, and it does 'something'. I've dewormed dogs, cats and could even people. Hope not to go there, with it.. It's a mater of patience, not a magic wand. Looks like right now running anywhere from $30 for 25LBS too $55 for 50LBS.. It goes a very long ways.. There are three colors.. white, brown and gray.. Buy mine out of the equestrian section, white preferred. It just looks cleaner, it's a thing. It is all Food Grade.

Nah it’s ok. So is safeguard the way to go? Also how do chickens get worms?
They're in the soil like walking barefoot in the summertime can get you ringworms.. Capeesh? Coming in contact with infected feces.. Safeguard is fine, use whatever you can find on the shelf at the time.. Steer away from the expensive 'Organic' type if you aren't interested in such things.. Doesn't work as well anyway on the short term.. Long term maybe and is likely just DE anyway.. Just told you a secret.. I have a hard time finding stuff too, so buy two.. Keep one for later, in case of..

Also I saw this blog does it really work tho so i can use it on my chickens so they can hold on while I get the real stuff.

Good stuff.. and that is what I found using chemical deworms on dogs and cats.. They became ill.. Think Chemo.. Poison in poison out. DE is more of a deterrent unless you have the time.. I would say a major infestation may require chemical dewormer.. The way DE works, is it's like rolling in broken glass to you or me, eventually you'll bleed out. Only works on soft bodied vermin of small stature. Use in the garden if you can catch in larval stage.. It's mined microscopic sea creatures..
