Chicken won’t eat and hangs out by herself

She’s 2 years old. We feed her scratch and peck feed.
She hasn’t been wormed. I haven’t seen her poop.

That picture scream maraks disease, to me... @casportpony your thoughts?

The legs are the giveaway to me.

Even pushed aside or down a healthy chickens legs would not bend or move like that. It is doubtful they would lay like that long enough to snap a picture, IHMO.

How long have you had her?
When did she last lay an egg?
Can you gather her up, feel between the legs under the vent and tell us if that area feels swollen bloated or fluid filled?
Photos of her poop?
Is her crop full, hard, squishy, fluid filled, empty, does her breath smell sour?
