My 7 month old hen was missing for a week then showed back up with her feathers between her shoulders all matted up so I was thinking she had been attacked so I put her in a separate cage in the shed to watch but by the next day she hadn't drank any water or touched the food so I took her in the house and put her in the wash room for a close observation and tried to feed some hard boiled egg's but nothing happened she just stood there so I tried to feed her some yogurt mixed with water with a Turkey Baster with a small hose connected to the end so it could go down her gullet ....... Now she will work with me a little but she is not even trying to eat or drink on her own..... After trying to feed her this way she poop's clear liquid like a thick water ........
