Cats are soooooo selfish!!
My cat only cares about himself!
My favourite of my own animals is my horse, Chess. He is a big, sweet, lazy gelding

Do you any rescue animals? We've always loved to give animals a helping hand and one of our cats is actually a stray that got hit by a car. Now he's lame in one leg and partially blind and deaf. He gets around, but I always like to know I give him a place that is safe, warm and dry where he can stay, some healthy food that is available twice a day (for routine), and that I don't chase him or scare him.

His name is Pi and he almost never lets me get near him. But he does seem more trusting of me then he may have been towards others, which is nice.


You can see here his bad right leg and right eye. Its been a couple years and his shoulder seems to have healed wrong, but his eyes and ears seem to be getting better finally. He use to not notice you if you stood still and not hear you if you tip toed, but he's getting better.

Poor boy! I've always wanted a rescue animal, but I haven't gotten one yet.
I may rescue some battery hens someday!

Awesome! I just love it when you can take an animal out of a bad situation and watch as they thrive in a new one.

We've pet-sat dogs before and when you get a dog that was pent up for a long time and get to let it out to run it is so wonderful to see. They never want to stop.

We also have some snakes, and I always give them a nice large enclosure because I like to see them get to move around. Jack and Jill our their names and I hope to breed them this year, but I still don't know if they are a boy and a girl. I think the seller may have lied to me so I would buy Jill (not that I want to think badly about him, its just he also over-priced her too).

Cool, I've always wanted snakes but my lifestyle would never allow it.
Do you like bicycles?

Most of our bikes broke, but we use to ride them all the time around our property. I haven't ridden bike trails or anything, but I guess that's because having a family of eight it would be near impossible to get all 8 bikes into a vehicle and get it to a park.

Hmm...probably my dog, tom turkey, or budgie (who is currently walking on my keyboard) it's hard to pick a favourite!

I know, right?

Its almost more the individual animal then the species. My dog is very, very loyal to me, but if my dog weren't like that and my cat was I would probably say my cat is my favorite. However, Nym is selfish, and he likes to whine and bite when he doesn't get his way.
