Yes, he is brindle.

He is mixed with Labrador, possibly pit, and maybe a few other things. He was the most adorable puppy in the entire universe!

I love just about all muts however standard labs are easy peasy&go with the flow. Think they are on top 5American breeds list,but don't quote me on that.

well, just having a bad week... dislocated my shoulder a few days ago when we went to get hay. I didn't do anything about it, just tried to work it off, but it is still sore. Lil' brother is in a bad mood lately... and to top it off, one of the horses I work with is supposed to be euthanized soon. She's 26 or so and has arthritis and a swayed back. She could easily live another few years, but no one wants to feed her. Several of the volunteers wanted to take her to a horse rescue, but there's nothing they can do. The volunteer coordinator said that this horse laid her head on her shoulder as if to say "it's okay to let me go, it's time". She repeated this story with tears in her eyes. Can't help but be sad... I loved this horse, too. She is one of the most beautiful and friendly at the barn. She will be missed...
