The chickens are doing great! Muffin keeps coming up to me and is demanding to be pet and snuggled! She also was trying to lay an egg... Your days are over girl!

Hi! The hens are doing wonderful! We got rid of some chickens, and I think the rest of the hens are happy; more space. We've been working on getting them ready for the fair (training, socializing, cleaning, getting them used to being in a cage, etc.). It's actually a lot of fun! Moo Cow's jealous though because we aren't doing any of this with her since she's not going to fair. Glad to hear Muffin is doing better! I just finished eating a turkey burger, yogurt, and some purple Gatorade. Not much else is going on, we've been working on the goats new stall in the barn.....

OMG!!!!the most horrible thing just happed!i have the littles(the chicks)outside,and little miss isadora got outside the pen!im indide the pen trying to grab her(thank god,that the cat wasn't there!)the dog is watching I'm like,oh crap,now I'm going to lose her,but,I'm saying help,help!and I lifted the botem of the pen up,I got her,but Sadie and willow got out, and now I'm like oh crap,oh crap!!!and help help!and dad came out and got them and there all safe,the dog wasn't going to hurt them,I guess!now I'm shaking all over,and keep having them close to me and cuping them with my hands!
At least there all safe!

My uncle brought over his dog yesterday, and I just about lost it. Thank goodness the dog is 16 years old and very used to chickens, so there were no problems.
