They are actually REALLY easy to take care of. I know some people are scared of handling a little creature but really they are so friendly (Except Sky. You do NOT want Sky. She is the grumpiest thing.) And they are so easy to clean up after. Budgies are a-m-a-z-i-n-g!

Your welcome. I should tell my mom that. She doesn't want birds in the house unless we are giving our chickens a bath before a show or they're injured.

Yeah same. Well except for the budgies. You literally have to change their cage once a week and that means replacing the paper towels and once a month clean their whole cage. If they poop on you you (double word XD) just take a wipe or a cloth and scoop it up. So easy. I love the little songs that they sing too.

Well tell her that I said that they are NOT hard to take care of

. Just like I told Abbey they are amazing birds and very low maintenance. I thought the same thing before we got Skittles 1. Like" they are going to be so hard to take care of and they poop EVERYWHERE and it will STINK and STAIN."
But when we got her it was so much easier than I thought. Just change their water and food once or every 2 days and you should be fine.
