Lol yeah.
Went to feed store to see about special ordering silkies too and the woman I got was being a snob. I was simply asking her if she had a list of breeds available, while she still insisted I wasn't allowed to see her special order form, but gave me a list of breeds instead. Hello, woman! Pay attention! That's all I wanted in the first place!![]()
Well, I've chickened out. After messing with it some more, the bridge shifted so it was leaning, so I had to fix it too. Thats probably from the uneven pressure of the D,A,and E strings pulling it sideways. I'm just going to take it the shop. I'm pretty sure they won't charge anything just to fix a string... People on YouTube make it look SO easy, but it isn't...![]()
It was only $4.60 for the G string, but the bridge is gonna be over $73Well, I've chickened out. After messing with it some more, the bridge shifted so it was leaning, so I had to fix it too. Agreeded. I would think it should only cost maybe $15?
I try to pick mine up&get upset because my G does same thing. Every time I want to get it fixed, it's winter&I hate taking it thru extreme pressure changes.
Keep me posted on how much they charge ya,,,as I wonder if it's gone up.
