Chickens are sneaking to the neighbors

I live in Lancaster County PA. We are in the suburbs and I honestly have not seen anything other than squirrels and smelled skunks. We have two dogs and I would think this possibly helps deter predators also.

But at this point my min concern is keeping my chickens in my yard. They have crossed the side road to the neighbors and that is totally unacceptable.
