Maybe it’s me, maybe I’ve just hit on one too many threads at a time, but lately I’ve heard a lot of talk about breed perfection at the expense of hatchery birds. All of my hatchery birds were really great, I wouldn’t trade any one of them, from my Plymouth Rocks, to my Ameraucaunas, to my Sex a Link browns, Easter Eggers they have all been great.
If Breeding is your thing I applaud you, but many of us are here because we love chickens period.
