I just walked outside to find my 2 year old daughter feeding a stick of butter to my 9 week old chickens and indulging in some herself lol. Should I be worried at all? Is it safe for them? At most they probably ate half a stick between 6 birds

They should be ok. They might have runny poop for a while due to eating dairy (if they ate too much dairy), but should clear up within a few days. Although don't let them eat butter all the time, cause they'll get fat and have complications due to a fatty diet. ;)
