Update...... The poultry in question were caught by animal control and taken for evaluation. AC said they would be given a fair trial at which the would be found guilty. They would then be placed in rehab with a person very experienced in poultry

The Pit Bull has sued..... her owner, the local news, AC, Beafort county NC. A book and movie deal may be in the works. Her legal staff has recommended therapy and bed/couch rest.
