I dont have any item on list except the neosporin. It seems to be bleeding now still. She must have irritated someone or couldn't get out of the way fast enough and got nailed. It happens. Combs and wattles bleed a lot and as they are very vascular. She'll be fine.

Use whatever you have to disinfect. Put some pressure on it until the bleeding stops. Then coat it.I dont have any item on list except the neosporin. It seems to be bleeding now still. Sigh![]()

Sounds like you need to start another thread in the Coop and Run Forum with lots of pictures of the inside and outside of your coop and run.
Thank you for you time! I have enough space. They are young and all fight over the 16 ft of available roost at night. I just held her and put pressure. She was very stressed. Her beak is open now while she pokes around outside. I put her in a playpen and she freaked out so i took her out, held her with towel, and kept pressure. I dont see any blood active now. This pic was 2 minutes ago. Should i isolate her even if its stressful.???Important that there is no blood showing, dried or otherwise, to the other birds or she's going to get injured again.
We use Blue-Kote wound spray on surface injuries because it masks the injured area so the other birds can't see it and, therefore, won't continue to attack the injured area.

It's going to be important in the coming days to figure out what's happening in your coop. If the hens are fighting at roost time, this creates significant stress on the birds. If the birds are stressed due to tight space, it encourages pecking/fighting and vice-versa. Yes, it can be a vicious circle/cycle.
It appears you have 6 birds. For 6, you should have about 4sf of floor space for each bird in the coop and about 12-14" of roost bar space per bird. Here's a decent guide to coop sizing and number of birds. Good luck with your girls!
