Chickens devouring calcium supplement

I have been feeding an all flock feed due to having 1 roo and five 2 month pullets along with 9 laying hens. I give them oyster shell and crushed egg shell as a supplement, and was told they'd eat the calcium as needed. But I fill up a pint sized container and it's almost empty by the end of the day. Advice?

I believe that like humans, a chicken's body knows what it needs. Try giving them more calcium. But you might also want to check and see if they are spilling any because that can matter too.

If the dispenser hangs, try hanging it up higher to discourage the young pullets from getting into it.

Do you also have insoluble grit, available? Here in the USA it's called poultry grit (granite).
I keep both available but separate.
