They're doing great! Getting HUGE!

Here's Squatch this morning... He's been extremely good with all of the chick. I'm actually in shock that he has been so great with them. He make sure that they always have scraps and pushes the larger chickens away from them. He's like the peace keeper of the flock.

And here is HeiHei with some of the flock. The ducks are so dirty from all this mud! It's been such a wet winter.

One of Our roosters did that too when our hens hatched their chicks last summer, the other one kinda just avoided them.
Lovely ducks and chickens!
I really like the Pekin duck breed. Id like to get some but I just have too many. :idunno

I would never do Pekin again... They're water ducks. I like muscovy because they're not a water breed.

I miss our Muscovy's.
They were so much cleaner than our water ducks but
We didn’t have enough Muscovy hens for our drakes cause they’re so rare around here and the Muscovy drakes started to bother our water ducks so we had to get rid of them.
I wouldn’t mind getting a few Muscovy hens if anyone had them for sale.
