Chickens eye help?!

I’m a new chicken keeper and my chickens are about 8 months old . My chickens eye was looking weird and I believe it happened when it was younger but went away on its own in a day. What can i do . What is it ? I don’t know much about this so if you could explain it simply that would be great ! Thanks ! Just went to get a picture and it was normal but it looked like this and she could still open her eye though .

Look for bubbles or foam in eye, pus, or signs of a respiratory disease—rattles, wheezes, sneeze or cough. Sinus infections and respiratory diseases such as MG may cause swollen eyes.
