Chickens feet point in

Yeah, I think it might be merekes but I want to give her a chance. I will do some research on it and see if there are any options out there. But I don’t want it to spread to my other chickens either. They all seem great and have had no issues.

I looked up a bunch of different videos on YouTube about chickens with Merrick‘s. And none of them are quite like what she is doing. I’m hoping it is some sort of vitamin deficiency. So I gave her some poultry sell in her water.

Brought the chicken home from the vet today. They did x-rays, checked her lungs, checked a stool sample. Doesn’t appear to be merekes, or contagious, or painful. Her legs seem strong. She is alert, eating and drinking, and she even laid an egg for them overnight so just to cover our bases she was treated for tracheal worms, I guess they don’t show up in the store, and she will need another treatment for that in two weeks. She has had some gurgling sounds in her throat, and occasional panting, but of course she had none of that while at the vet overnight. And I am supposed to put Albon 5% syrup in her water.
If anybody has any ideas what this could be please let me know. It’s kind of weird that it got better and then seem to come back again.

Nobody has any ideas what could be wrong? I can’t have the only chicken with these issues.

Well, she seems to be getting better again. But I wish I had some answers.
