Spurs could hurt the flock though by scratching (which hurts, and pain isn't good).

I say this from experence:

I have seen hens fight each other (Only once, but it was bad!)

In the few seconds before Me and someone else separated them, they had allready scratched eachother a little biut, enought to draw blood!

Well she is tiny enough to swiftly run behind an approaching predator, blind it by flapping her wings, and claw/peck the predator to at least scare it away. And if that doesn't work, she'll distract the predator long enough for her flock to run to safety.

Tiny will increase education by decreasing rooster military spending. This way new chicks learn to forage, becoming more independent and decreasing food costs. The extra money from decreased food buying will be split and pumped equally into education and military, causing a positive feedback loop. About a quarter of the saved money will be used for buying more mealworms!
