Chickens go sliding across the floor of the coop...

Well the girls have been in their new coop for a week and so far so good...except...when they fly down from the roost or the nesting boxes, they slide halfway across the floor sending shavings, poop and themselves into the feeders and water. Also, the shavings get all bunched up in the corners and the middle of the floor is bare linoleum.Anyone else have this problem...or a solution? The coop floor is 4x3ft.

consider placing sheets of adhesive sand paper on the linoleum. You could also nail down small strips of wood every 6-8 inches along the floor as a sort of speed bump.

I have the same problem - I just add more bedding in the middle, or take it out from the corners. I don't really have a good method.
