Chickens grooming one another?

I’ve never heard of this behavior before but my pullets (all between 4-8 months old) are definitely starting to groom one another. This isn’t pecking or feather picking. While one rolls on the ground, another one or two gently ruffle thru her feathers, a lot like how you see monkeys and apes grooom one another.

Is this a usual chicken behavior? Do your chickens do it?

I have not seen this, but am a new chicken mom. I would be making sure that there are not lice on my birds if I saw this. They do pick parasites off each other, I know.
