Chickens Having Breathing Problems Over Last Few Weeks, new symptoms, please help!

I’m in Upstate New York. High temperatures range between 80 and 95. They do hold their wings out slightly. They have plenty of access to shade.

Also the hen has open her eye but it is still kind of squinted. I have seen her drinking water, but it seems to take extra time for it to travel to her crop.
