Chickens, head severely picked and can’t stand. Please help.

Here is a video with better visual of the wound and me cleaning it should I be getting in there a little more or is what I’m doing good.
Looks good to me, you're going great! and repeat until you are sure it is looking good, no debris, and every part has been rinsed with the saline.
 
Next:

1.Cut the dressing to the size and shape of the wound. Have tape ready-cut to hold in place.
2. Apply the terramycin, take your time, and "fold down" any loose pieces of skin into a reasonable position.
3. Cover the wound.

Good! You worked really quickly.
Let's check the dressing every once in a while to make sure it is still in position.
And let your little guy rest up in a place that is not too hot, just right, a goldilocks zone, away from stress and things for now.
 
Since she is still weak after the attack, you will need to keep giving her fluids until she is strong enough to fetch for herself.
