Hi. I'm Elisheva from Nahariya, Israel. I see I'm not alone with chicken interests here in Israel. so glad! I've raised chickens all my life, originally from the US: Maine, CT, upstate NY. Have built many coops, fended off fox/raccoons and kept my flock healthy through 10-below temps in Maine. This is the first time I've been chicken-free in these last 3 years and looking to see if I can change that. It will be a challenge. I also weave, spin wool, make artisan soaps, etc. I look forward to reading the others' intros and getting to you ya'll. Best wishes!
It must be amazing to be in Israel, and I really hope that you can get some great birds there!
I hope that you get more chickens soon and I am sorry that you had some raccoon/fox incidents.
